How To Enroll

To enroll in Day Camp Adventures please complete the following:

  1. Download and complete an Enrollment Form.  Please be sure to indicate weeks or days your child plans to attend, as well as which site you would prefer.
  2. Familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures.  You can find this information on the pages of this site, or download a pdf version of our Family Handbook 2018.
  3. Payment to include:  First week’s tuition as well as a one time family enrollment fee of $25 if you are new to Day Camp Adventures.
  4. Please mail Enrollment Form and payment to:

Once we receive your paperwork and complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation card in the mail.
